May today mark the day abro finally released something.

Now I didn't patch too many of the characters start button move lists, but by viewing one you get a basic idea of what all the other commands might be. Cant really throw together too many move lists when I still haven't finished most characters move lists such as Don, Max etc.

so if needed ill probably make a comic page with the temp move lists.

Also might be fun to screw around wit simul mode, the little add on doesn't work with everyone so try sonic and shadow first!

One funny thing I noticed that when Amy fights Normal!Sans, if she uses Sans' "Yeek!" Special move, Sandra's pallet will align itself with Sans' color scheme as if Sans himself was using the special. Otherwise, the sprites will be mostly black and yellow.

And so far I've discovered 2 infinite combos in the game.

1) Connor's Crouch Kick (You can keep your enemy airbourne and they can't recover until you miss)

2) Sans' Knuckle Chain (Time it right and you can keep your enemy stunned)

But they're pretty easy to fix really.

Oh, and just now while I was watching Don and Zaiku vs Marley and Honey, I noticed that after Zaiku got hit during his Assist, he used a Grapple Attack before leaving.

Don't know if this was intentional or not.
(Although it was funny seeing Zaiku cheat and KO Marley like that)

Willing to caulk this up to pain unfinished-ness but occupationally Connor will spawn a copy that literally does nothing but stand there and get hit.
AND sometimes he turns into two big red fireballs and vanishes while the other player is set on fire (with no harm to them, other then the computer trying desperately to attack nothing)

Only seen computer do this, been unable to replicate results myself particularly due to a lack of understanding of what does what.



It's not just Connor.

Just a classic case of "Missing Helper".
Normally we use Helpers for SFX or allies, so there's a code somewhere in their script that's trying to make one that doesn't exist. Hench, defaulting to cloning you.

The vanishing however, probably changing to a non-existent state? (Coding is fun :|)

Still those characters weren't stable to begin with.

@witswithme: I would go with Clyde, because when fighting him, as soon as the fight starts, at times he would immediately (and quite literally) roll off the stage.

Edit: Oh gameplay-wise!
Yea I would still go with Clyde due to how faulty he is at the moment. If you're not too careful he can crash the game (Or was that Claude?)

Anyway I have class to go to now so I'll be back later.

Ok so seems most of the bugs you guys are finding are with wip characters while still helpful they arent exactly what i was looking for hehe. Have as much fun with those guys as you want but if you can find any bugs with characters (don,sonic,marley,max,sans(thankuwits),or chrome) those are the ones id probably have to fix immediately. As for connor and others dissapearing using others moves, and cloning themselves its due to special move code wich there is none of yet for some characters. Best way to help me fix those bugs are to give me some ideas -_- such as some other specials for connor,

Or if you guys would like to oblige i need to come up with a ton of ideas and edit sprites accordingly for amy/shadows specials. Until then the rest are w.i.ps that im working on as we speak and soon enough ill be releasing updates for those characters

Huh, You made some new sprites for Gokento, and even some attacks that i wasn't expecting.

That's cool, I even have seen Akuma's Shun Goku Satsu added here.

His new walking animation's actually something like, It's completely new, And i was actually very happy to see a lot of Akuma references to him, Eventhought he IS an Akuma reference.

I have to say that you didn't need to go through a lot of work editing most of his sprites, And just came here to thank you, while playing with my brand-new Gokento, while watching the Game's epic introduction.


That game is sure completely new, And by taking the Past-Gokento to ABGokento in my M.U.G.E.N, i can see a lot of improvement here.

@GokentoPower: hehe thanks for noticing. Theres alot of stuff like that in the newer author battles mostly because i want everyones characters to be unique.

Especially when it comes to movelists

So occasionally when i see shadows kick from sonic battle a lil too much i try to throw a lil twist in to make it feel less "shadow"-yy...

But your welcome and I appreciate the recognition gp! Hope to continue to surprise you guys in the very near future!

Once when I was fighting Honey (as Crome) I pushed the Bravery Button and the word Bravery wouldn't disappear, and then when Honey did one of her special attacks the word "Bravery" kept attacking me.

I don't know if I'm supposed to report that or whatever, I just thought it was amusing.

@Ultima527: One thing about a BETA build, the developers (ie abro) WANT to hear bugs and feedback from the players, so don't be afraid to say anything. It contributes to the final release :)
